Service Description

Enjoy stunning hilltop views at Aquila's Nest Vineyards around a warm fire pit. Each pit accommodates up to 9 guests, perfect for sampling wine flights or enjoying a bottle from the vineyard’s collection. Reservations • Cost: $50 per fire pit circle for 2.5 hours. • Capacity: Up to 9 guests. Exceeding capacity may result in relocation without refund. • Small Parties: From May to November, Friday through Sunday or holidays, a $150 minimum purchase is required for parties of 2-3 adult guests. • Service: A dedicated server will assist your group. A 22% gratuity applies for parties of 6+ guests. Food Truck service is not included. • Wine: Not included; available for purchase after ID verification. Non-alcoholic options available. • Winter Comfort: During colder months, we recommend guests bring their own blankets. Policies • Tab Management: A single tab will be opened at the start with one card on file. Tabs can be split into up to 4 payments at the end. • Fire Lighting: Depending on weather conditions, we reserve the right not to light the fire. • Pets and Children: Allowed in this space, with guests responsible for keeping pets on a leash, and children supervised at all times, not to disturb other guests, or engage in unsafe behaviors. • Grace Period: Late arrivals have a 30-minute grace period. • Outside Beverages: Outside alcohol and beverages, including water bottles, are prohibited per Farm Winery Permit regulations. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. • Outside Food: Guests may bring their own food but must clean their area. Allow up to 15 minutes for transitions between reservations. Transportation Carpooling or ridesharing (e.g., Uber) is recommended. Fire Hazard Disclaimer Only our staff will tend to the fire pit. Guests are asked to exercise caution. Please keep personal belongings at a safe distance from the flames. Any misuse may result in removal from the area. Aquila's Nest Vineyards is not responsible for any accidents or damage caused by fire hazards. Cancellation Policy Reservations are non-refundable. With a minimum of 3 days' notice, or in the event of rain or snow, please email reservations@aquilasnestvineyards.com to reschedule within 30 days of your original booking.
