It’s Dorothy’s birthday and after Sophia hit the jackpot at the casino, she decided to throw her pussycat a surprise birthday bash. Wanting to be sure her daughter had a date to her own party, Sophia has arranged to have a dating game here tonight. Watch out single men in the audience because you may become one of the contestants! Sophia also invited Dorothy’s ex-boyfriend, Phil, to the party and hilarity ensues as we find out Dorothy isn’t Phil’s only ex here tonight. Will Phil survive the night so he can explain his womanizing ways? If not, the ladies will need your help to solve the crime. WHAT TO WEAR Dress in iconic Golden Girls-inspired outfits with a mix of vintage glamor, pastel florals, bold statement pieces, and mystery-themed accessories like detective props. FLOW OF EVENTS 6:00 PM – Guest Check-In • Guests arrive, are seated at tables, and begin ordering food and drinks. 6:30 PM – Scene 1: “Surprise for Dorothy!” • Dorothy’s surprise birthday party begins. Sophia organizes a comedic dating game with audience volunteers. Light tension and humor set the stage. Scene 2: “A Deadly Turn” • After the dating game, a murder is revealed. The victim’s twin (a detective) steps in to investigate. • Clue Packet #1: Handed out to each table after the scene. Scene 3: “Secrets Unveiled” • More motives and secrets are revealed through scripted dialogue and character interactions. • Clue Packet #2: Distributed after the scene. Scene 4: “The Final Piece” • A final scene reveals crucial evidence. Guests finalize their theories and submit ballots. Scene 5: “The Big Reveal” • The murderer is revealed, and a prize is awarded to the table with the most accurate solution. 📍 Location: Aquila's Nest Vineyards Indoor Tasting Room Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila's Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
