Each session includes a brief herbal teaching, remedy crafting, and time to infuse each creation with intention. Kelly Mead is a Clinical Herbalist, educator, and the founder of Realm of Remedies. Her work blends traditional plant wisdom with soulful ceremony, offering community-centered events that awaken the connection between nature, body, and spirit. Her mission is to make herbalism approachable, magical, and deeply rooted in everyday healing. All materials are provided. Guests leave with a handmade remedy and deeper connection to plant medicine. At the beginning of the workshop you'll be asked to sign a Liability Waiver. Workshop Dates + Remedy Focus: • May 18: Herbal Oils – learn the art of infusing oils with healing herbs for topical use and self-care rituals. • Jun 22: Herbal Salves – craft soothing salves for skin healing, minor cuts, and herbal first aid. • Jul 20: Tinctures – create powerful alcohol-based herbal extracts for immune, nervous, or digestive support. • Aug 24: Syrups – make a sweet and effective herbal syrup with seasonal botanicals. • Sep 28: Fire Cider – brew this warming, spicy immune tonic with deep traditional roots. • Nov 2: Teas – blend your own loose-leaf herbal tea for relaxation, energy, or immune support. • Dec 14: Winter Electuary – craft a delicious honey-based herbal remedy to nourish and strengthen through the colder months. Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila’s Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
