Join us for an immersive experience that combines the art of bonsai cultivation with the crafting of a Zen design Bonsai humidity tray. In this workshop, participants will embark on a journey of mindfulness and artistic expression as they learn the sacred principles of bonsai design and cultivation. Under the guidance of our instructor, you'll explore the techniques of shaping, pruning, and styling your miniature tree to create a masterpiece that embodies the harmony and balance of nature. But that's not all! In addition to shaping your bonsai masterpiece, you'll also have the opportunity to craft a Zen design humidity tray —a practical and aesthetically pleasing addition to your bonsai display. Learn how to select the perfect materials and design a tray that not only enhances the beauty of your bonsai but also helps maintain the optimal humidity levels for its health and vitality. As a cherished memento of your journey, each participant will take home their own mini bonsai tree nestled in a ceramic pot, a bonsai Zen humidity tray, and an informative guide packed with intriguing bonsai facts and care tips. Bonsai tools and other needed supplies will be readily available for use during the class. No refunds, only credit towards future workshop. Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila's Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.
