Service Description

Outside picnic seating is a 2.5 hrs. reservation (shorter if it's booked for eod visits) and it comprises of a variety of tables and chairs. Guests will be seated at either picnic tables, or regular tables with chairs based on the size of the party or availability upon arrival. Most tables have umbrellas in the summer, but note that an umbrella is not guaranteed. Under certain weather conditions we reserve the right to limit umbrella usage for the safety of all our guests. **During off-peak hours like on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday during the day, or special holidays you can be seated at the upper level Patio Circles as well if there's availability. Please proceed to the tasting room’s main entrance hostess stand, where our staff will assist you and direct you to your reserved space. It may take up to 15 min for new guests to settle during the transition from one reservation time to another. In case of delays you'll have a 30 min grace period. 🍷You can order wine at the bar, as table service is not included. Servers may stop by for refills. •Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu •Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. •Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and are responsible for their picnic personal belongings, cleaning their area before leaving the vineyard. LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS POLICY Large Group Gatherings of over 10 guests that have not booked a Pergola, Igloo/Gazebo, Fireplace, or Private Event in advance are welcome by reservation only, where table service by our staff is provided. A hosting fee and 22% gratuity is applied to a 2.5 hour time with picnic table or indoor seating. Email events@aquilasnestvineyards.com. CHILDREN, PETS POLICY •Parents are solely responsible to supervise children at all times and ensure they do not disturb other patrons, as well as not let them climb on rocks or fences. Ball games with a soccer, football, baseball etc. are not allowed. •Your dog must be leashed at all times. Please make sure to clean after your dog. •Party decorations are welcome - NO CONFETTI! Carpooling or Uber/Lyft is recommended.
