Service Description

Outside picnic seating is a 2.5 hrs. reservation (shorter if it's booked for eod visits) and it comprises of a variety of tables and chairs. Guests will be seated at either picnic tables, or regular tables with chairs based on the size of the party or availability upon arrival. Most tables have umbrellas in the summer, but note that an umbrella is not guaranteed. Under certain weather conditions we reserve the right to limit umbrella usage for the safety of all our guests. **During off-peak hours like on a Wednesday/Thursday evening, Friday during the day, or special holidays, you can be seated at the upper level Patio Circles as well if there's availability. Upon arrival, please head to the hostess stand, where our staff will guide you to your reserved seating. Expect up to 15 minutes for transitions between reservations. Each seating lasts 2.5 hours (shorter for end-of-day visits or special events), with a 30-minute grace period for delays. • Service: Wine orders are placed at the bar; table service is not provided, though servers may stop by for refills. • Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu • Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us Outside Beverages/Food • Outside Beverages: Outside alcohol and beverages, including water bottles, are prohibited per Farm Winery Permit regulations. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. • Outside Food: Guests may bring their own food, but must clean their area. Children and Pets • Children: Welcome in this space. Parents must supervise their children at all times to ensure they do not disturb guests, climb rocks or fences, or engage in unsafe behavior. Ball games are not allowed. • Dogs: Must be leashed and under control at all times. Dogs should not approach other guests or pets without permission. Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior, including any aggression or excessive barking. Please clean up after your pet. Large Group Gatherings For groups of 10 or more that have not booked a Pergola, Igloo/Gazebo, Fireplace, or Private Event in advance, reservations are required. A hosting fee and 22% gratuity apply for indoor seating or picnic tables. For large group reservations, email events@aquilasnestvineyards.com. Party Decorations Decorations are welcome, but please avoid confetti. Transportation Carpooling or ridesharing (e.g., Uber) is recommended. We look forward to welcoming you to Aquila’s Nest Vineyards.
