Join Rising Star Horse Rescue for a great Ponies and Wine Time at Aquilas Nest Vineyards, where we’ll shine a light on the need for horse rescue and the responsibilities of horse ownership. 🎟️ This event is free and open to all ages. Rain Date: Thursday, July 31 Enjoy an insightful presentation about the challenges faced by horses and the crucial role of rescue organizations. Following the presentation, you’ll have the chance to brush and connect with our rescued horses, experiencing firsthand the joy of helping these magnificent animals. Ponies will be onsite until 2pm. Rising Star Horse Rescue saves, rehabilitates, retrains, and rehomes abandoned, neglected, or abused horses. They educate the public about at-risk horses and the importance of protecting them. By giving America's horses a second chance at life they give the community the chance to experience the love, patience, and compassion horses have for humans. Plan to arrive 30min earlier and check in at the indoor winery tasting room to make a $10 min winery drink purchase for adult participants that is required to attend this event. Aquila’s Nest has many non-alcoholic options. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.
