Step into a realm of elegance and enchantment as we transport you to a Winter Winderland Luxury Picnic experience. (November through April). Our Winter Winderland Luxury Picnic can be reserved for up to 12 guests and is the perfect space to gather with friends and family, sample wine from the vineyard's collection, while enjoying the eclectic design of our Winery Tasting Room. (2.5 hrs. | $150 per party) •Your party will have a dedicated server, for whom 22% gratuity will be automatically applied to your tab at the end of your visit. •One tab will be opened at the beginning of your visit with 1 card on file, which can be split up to 4 ways at the end of your visit. •Wine is not included in the reservation. Aquila's Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. •Food, plates and utensils are not included in this experience. You're welcome to bring your own. •Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu •Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us •Please proceed to the tasting room’s main entrance hostess stand, where our staff will assist you and direct you to your reserved space. OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. CHILDREN, PETS POLICY •Dogs and children are not allowed in this private, reserved, adults only seating area. •Guests with children, or those exceeding space capacity will be asked to move to a different area and the booking fee will not be credited. Carpooling or Uber/Lyft is recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable. Given a minimum of 5 days notice, we can reschedule this experience in the next 30 days from the original reservation date.
